Copyright is a fundamental means of protecting the rights of creators and subsequent owners of original works to control the usage of their creations. At FilePid, we take copyright infringement seriously. Violating the rights of copyright owners can result in the suspension of the infringing content within your FilePid account, as well as account strikes and suspension. It is important to note that copyright infringement can carry legal consequences, including criminal charges and potential monetary damages in civil actions.

FilePid fully complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly suspends access to infringing content upon proper notification.
